Downer Ave - Hingham 

Our team was proud to support this custom home build from the ground up, following the teardown of the original structure. We provided a full range of site services to ensure a smooth, compliant, and efficient construction process.

Clapp Road - Scituate

We partnered with a residential developer to assist in subdividing an existing single-family property and creating a new buildable lot. This type of infill development can unlock significant value—but it requires precise planning, deep zoning knowledge, and clear coordination with municipal authorities. That’s where we come in.

  • Boundary and existing conditions survey to support the lot division process

  • Lot line planning and subdivision mapping to ensure compliance with zoning and frontage requirements

  • Full site design for the new home, including house placement, grading, and utility coordination

For this exclusive summer residence on Chappaquiddick, our team was entrusted with providing land survey and site permitting services in support of a thoughtful home expansion. The project involved both the design and regulatory approval for a new leaching field and the permitting of a carefully planned addition to the existing home.
